Description: There is one designated parking space for persons with disabilities near entrances B and C.

Main Entrances to the Building:

  • The stairs at entrances A and C are equipped with handrails on both sides.
  • Entrance B is at the same level as the building (level 0).
  • Entrance C has a ramp for wheelchair users.
  • There are no automatic doors.

Inside the Building:

  • The stairs inside the building are equipped with handrails on either both sides or one side.
  • Each part of the building has elevators that serve all floors; however, they are not equipped with voice announcements or buttons with Braille markings.
  • There is one restroom adapted for persons with disabilities, located near entrance B (the accessible entrance).

Communication and information accessibility

The information system for persons with sensory disabilities includes:

  • Plaques with QR code information installed on the doors of lecture rooms located in the Didactic Center on levels 0 and 1.
  • Screens displaying information relevant to students and employees of Adam Mickiewicz University in the faculty hall (levels 0 and 1).

Access to the building with an assistance dog for persons with disabilities is unrestricted (in accordance with the Act on Vocational and Social Rehabilitation and Employment of Disabled Persons).
