Professor Bulavin is the Head of the Chair of the Molecular Physics at the Faculty of Physics of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and an Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Ha has published 23 books and 700 papers devoted to molecular physics, neutron spectroscopy, physics of liquids, polymers and biopolymers, and medical physics.
